STANDARD RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You must initiate your request for a cancellation or Return Merchandise Authorization Number here. (hereinafter referred to as RMA) We will respond within the next business day after your request for cancelation or RMA is submitted. Conditions for refunds and cancellations are as follows;
Order Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations requested the same business day the order is placed will incur no cancellation fee. Cancellations requested after your order has shipped or more than 24 hours from the time your order was placed whether online or by phone may incur up to a 20% restocking fee and may result in a fee for shipping charges that have been incurred as a result of the order. Any custom-made vehicle order or customized vehicle order (i.e. golf carts) is non-refundable. Order cancellation requests must be in writing and requested through our ticket system here.
Return Policy:
You may request a return within 7 days from the time your item is delivered. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items returned must be freight pre-paid by you; the customer. Returned items must be in new or un-used condition in the original packaging with all materials included with the original shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 15 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and may award a partial refund for opened or used products at our sole discretion. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will replace the item and refund the return shipping charges. Any custom-made vehicle order or customized vehicle order (i.e. golf carts) is non-refundable. Authorized returns may incur up to a 20% restocking fee. Items that are refused and returned due to shipping damage will not incur any return fees.
